After graduation, the attendee receives his\/her permission as a rehabilitation and recreation teacher
(profession no. 342.305) on the classification of professions and specialties for the profession of the
Minister of Labor and Social Policy of 27 April 2010 (item 537) The needs of the labor market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Didactic goal of the course:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Training of the Personal Trainer for recreation with specializing in fitness training courses to teach in
regular fitness centers, clubs as well as sports and leisure associations. The mastery of the techniques of
exercise load, the selection of weights in accordance with the methodology of muscle building depending on the progress of the person to be trained. Planning and carrying out activities in every standard equipped Fitness studio. Presentation of the utilitarian, functional, aesthetic and health values \u200b\u200bof strength exercises that characterize the silhouette.
The expected timeline of the course: weekend system<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conditions for participation in the course:
\u2022 18 years
\u2022 At least average school education
\u2022 Submission of documents (copy of a school degree or diploma)
\u2022 2 passport photos (3.5 \u00d7 4.5)
\u2022 Medical examination for fitness
\u2022 Registration form

    \u2022 Humanitarian foundations of recreation
    \u2022 Biological foundations of recreation
    \u2022 Theory and methodology of recovery
    \u2022 Marketing and organization of events
    \u2022 Tourism
    \u2022 First aid<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Specialization section:
    \u2022 The concept and the development of power training
    \u2022 Principles of teaching
    \u2022 Methods and forms of strength training
    \u2022 Nutritional recommendations
    \u2022 Basic exercises and others
    Examination requirements: the presence and active participation in the course, a positive result in the final
