Course and Training for the license of an private investigator

Training course to the private investigator according to the new bill Art. 29 para. 5 of the Act of 6 July 2001 on the procedures for detective education as well as the regulation of the Ministry of the Interior of
16.12.2013 for persons who are seeking this license

The aim of the training is to prepare participants for the future work as a private investigator.
     
The training takes place in the form of individual workshops, using the experience of professional
instructors, active and former officials of the Ministry of Interior, BOR.
 
The duration of the training is 50 hours.

In connection with the training, we prepare individual appointments and arrange them for the participant.
We do not organize group training, the candidate appears on the agreed date and on the same day the
training begins.
 
The cost of the course is 1100 PLN. Payment is made to our bank account: part or full payment, an advance payment of 500 PLN will not be refunded in case of cancellation (advance payment is included in the price).

The training is also intended for leaders of security services as well as members of the public service and
intelligence service. These permits are indispensable for the organization of protection of mass events.
According to § 3. 1 and 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of the Interior of 9th August 2004 on the models and the type of licenses (Dz. U. 2004 No. 181, paragraph 1879), the person to whom the license is to be handed over must be given , In person by submitting a deposit confirmation. The license is issued within one month from the date on which the decision of its legal validity became valid.

The procedure for obtaining the detective license:

The license may be requested by a person who:
• is Polish citizen or citizen of another Member State of the European Union or is entitled under the
international agreement and EU law to start employment or pursue an economic activity in the territory of
the Republic of Poland

• is 21 years old
• has at least secondary school leaving certificate
• Full legal capacity
• has not been convicted of an offense or tax offense
• has not been charged with a criminal offense or tax offense
• has not been dismissed by the police, the border guards, the Ministry of Internal Security, the intelligence
service, the state security, the military prosecutor’s office, the court or any other public service institution
in the Republic of Poland or any other country in the last five years
• the mental maturity and abilities to provide services in the detective industry, attested by medical
examination
• has issued a clean pilot certificate issued by the relevant authorities or, in the case of a residence abroad,
by the competent administrative authority.
• be able to prove that you have taken part in the relevant courses, which are dealt with in the above
points I-IV and which is confirmed by a corresponding final document.
The detective license is issued by the police command office responsible for the reporting address or, in the
case of a residence outside the Republic of Poland, by the command of the capital police.
 
The applicant must submit this application in writing or in electronic form, as defined by the Law of 17
February 2005 on electronic data collection for public authorities (No. U 2013 Item 235), to:
(1) the police command issued for the person responsible for the person, or
2) the commander of the capital police
The application should contain the name, address and signature of the person applying for the license.

A person applying for a detective license must attach the following:
• a written declaration of full legal capacity
• a written statement that there is no criminal proceedings or proceedings in cases of tax offenses
• a written declaration that he/she has not been convicted of a criminal case or a case of tax evasion
• a written declaration that he/she has not been dismissed by the police, the border guard, the Ministry of
Internal Security, the intelligence service, the state security, the military prosecutor’s office, the court or
any other public service institution in the Republic of Poland or any other country in the past 5 years
• a certificate of conformity
• Copies of a valid identity card, in the case of foreigners, a valid passport or a valid EU-wide document
proving that the person is capable of carrying out a commercial activity which includes the name, address,
date of birth and place (original for inspection)
• a copy of the certificate or a diploma of the successful completion of the secondary school or higher
(original for inspection)
• two photos of size. 2.5 x 3.5 cm
• Certificate of participation in relevant courses, which are dealt with in points I-IV above.
• a medical certificate confirming that the person performing the activity as a detective can perform
without restriction, in accordance with the form set out in the Annex to the Regulation of the Minister of
Health of 3 November 2011 on the medical and psychological investigations of applicants for the grant of
the detective license (Dz Starting from 2011 no. 251, item 1511).
• A proof of payment for the sum determined in accordance with §1.1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of
the Interior of 5 November 2002.
